Refund policy

At Mormor’s Customs, every item is custom-made to your order (designs, photos, names, etc.). Because of this, all customized products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

However, if there is a mistake on our part—for example:

  • the item arrives defective or damaged,

  • the personalization does not match what you submitted,

  • or you receive the wrong product or quantity,

we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to report an issue
Please email mormors.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund promptly.

Please note
Because these are personalized, made-to-order items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size/color choices, design changes after approval, or change of mind. Each item is produced individually and cannot be resold or reused.
