At Mormor’s Customs, every product is made to order and hand-crafted with care.
Please review our shipping process below:

Processing Time:

  • All customized items are made individually.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping Time:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after production.

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location).

Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at mormors.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
