Welcome to Mormor’s Customs. By placing an order on our website (mormors.shop), you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Products:
   All products are custom-made based on customer input. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled after production begins.

2. Accuracy of Information:
   Customers are responsible for providing correct spelling, photos, names, or design details. Mormor’s Customs is not liable for errors caused by incorrect submissions.

3. Payment:
   All payments must be completed at checkout. Orders will not begin production until payment is received.

4. Shipping:
   Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to carrier issues or incorrect addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds:
   All sales of customized products are final unless the error or defect is from our side. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Use of Images:
   By uploading photos or designs, you confirm you have the rights to use them. We may use finished product photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

7. Limitation of Liability:
   Mormor’s Customs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
